"During my time at Trenton High School in Michigan from 2000-2004, I had Coach Sikora as a Head Coach on Junior Varsity for 2 years, and on Varsity as Offensive Coordinator for 2 years. From day one, Coach started teaching the most basic techniques of quarterbacking and advanced those techniques as our skill levels increased. This ranged from basic footwork on up through reading defenses and studying film to allow us to make audibles in games, even bringing in videos to study Drew Brees while he was at Purdue. Because of his coaching with me for 3 years, we were able to switch over from a Power-I offense to a Shotgun Spread offense for my senior year. Coach did all the research of the offense and created his own version he trusted us to be able to run successfully.
